RisK. Once when World of Warcraft was in its infant years we were horde. Dirty foul stinking horde on Daggerspine(EU).

Due to so many problems, server side with the hamster, bad experiences with a guild merge and one or two other things, we decided to vacate, move on and start a fresh and we headed to Neptulon. At the time Blizz were creating servers every week to keep up with over population gripes and a new server came online called Lightning's Blade.

We saw the light. We re-rolled as clean, good and bold hero's of the Alliance and RisK of Lightnings Blade was born on Server day 1.

RisK was one of the last true raiding guilds on Lightnings Blade where our pedigree stretched through the history of wow. Our vanilla raiding back in
Molten Core, Naxx, Zul Gurub and Blackwing Lair is where the founding members cut their teeth and started the grind through lvls 60, 70, 80 and now to 85.

Thorugh the expansions RisK have remained a top 5 Alliance raiding guild on LB and had successfully cleared all content up to the recent 4.1 patch.

Games get old and people move on but RisK persevered and whilst population numbers dwindled and horde dominance of the server forced people away RisK attempted to maintain its standing- but like so many guilds before us the population problem and faction inbalance was eventually too much, recruiting players, and being out vastly out numbered by horde - we decided to move to The Maelstrom . We have decided to start again with our solid good core of players who have transferred and hope to bolster our ranks with like minded players.

We continue to raid and explore World of Warcraft with a team of players from all over the world, England, Sweden, Greece, Finland, France, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Saudi Arabia and even New Zealand.

RisK is a mature and very social guild who enjoy PvP and PvE. We believe in playing to have fun, to see as much of the game content as possible and to raid at the highest level we can achieve.

We also have other gaming interests to pass the time and will be exploring Star Wars once it is released in October.
